While you are here, you must visit the incredible markets or souks in Arabic. There is a Gold Souk where the precious gold metal is sold on the pavement. Close at hand is a Spice Souk where the sense of smell tempts you into buying. There’s even a clothes souk where you won’t get the brands that inhabit the Malls but the stuff here it's quite cool and chic as well.  Little tip for the art and coffee lovers - this area has some of the best art galleries and cafés.

What’s a trip to Dubai without a walk down the Malls! Our choice here is the Ibn Battuta Mall which is one of the most beautiful malls I have seen in the world? Again this is the world’s largest themed shopping area, just to throw figures at you, it's 521,000 square meters, of shops spread in an area of 2 football fields. What is even more interesting, the Mall has 6 courts that have a country theme, and there is an Egypt Court, India Court, China Court, Andalusia Court, and a Tunisia Court. If man-made wonders are what you’re into, do not miss this Go to Dubai Mall, and from their outside area by the water do enjoy the Burj Khalifa in all its glory. The best time to visit is at sunset, especially if you are booked on one of the many Dubai holiday packages. The site is very romantic, you’ll see the lights of the building come on and a fountain and music show take place.
